  • 1/4 tsp Salt (Shio)
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper (Koshō)
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg (Shima)
  • 1 small Egg (Lightly beaten)
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (Komugiko)
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (Japanese-style)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For shallow frying)
